Canon Pro9000, front loading paper

I haven't been able to print using Turboprint and front-loaded paper (14x17 or A3). I can load the paper, but I can't get Turboprint to start printing. 't Tried loading before issuing the print command, or after. It just doesn't seem to work.

ANybody have any ideas?

I had trouble as well until I set Control Centre > Conifiguration > Feed Tray to Manual Feed.
