Pixma PRO-100 Envelopes printing sideways

I am trying to print envelopes from LibreOffice 6.3.5.2 on
a custom size envelope. I cannot get the Landscape/Portrait
settings to work; they always print the envelope sideways.
I'm sure there are are many things you will want to debug this;
please let me know what to send.

Hello,
I recommend to add a custom page size in TurboPrint Control, dialog "Sizes". Usually, the page height must be larger than the page width when feeding envelopes.
In the LibreOffice print dialog it is important to check the option "Use only paper size from printing preferences", then select your custom page size.
You can use TurboPrint Monitor's option "Preview Jobs" to check the orientation before printing. If the orientation is wrong, change the orientation ("Portrait" <-> "Landscape") in the LibreOffice print dialog.
If that doesn't solve the problem, please send a screenshot of the custom page size definition in TurboPrint Control and of the document page size dialog in LibreOffice and screenshots of the print dialog settings in LibreOffice.
