Problems printing a manual duplex print job

Post by adamherst »

I am using a Canon PixmaPro 9000 and Turboprint 2.13-2 on Ubuntu 9.10. When I try to print a manual duplex print job with the page size set to US Letter, it reverts to A4 (as observed in the status monitor) after I flip the stack of paper and click on the continue button. The result is a cut off print out on the second side. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Adam

Hello,

please excuse that this hasn't been investigated & answered before. I found the problem and we will release a fixed TurboPrint version soon.

I'm experiencing this problem again in 2.16-1. Will it be fixed in an upcoming release?

Thanks,

Hello,

I'm not aware of any changes in TurboPrint that should cause the problem to reappear.

Did you only upgrade TurboPrint or did you also upgrade Ubuntu, e.g. to version 10.04?

The problem was found - it has been fixed in the current TurboPrint version 2.16-2.
