Hello.

I am looking for a way to print a bright cyan...it may sound simple enough but I am tearing my hair out as I cannot get my printer to cooperate with me. All other colors are printing near to perfect as they are viewed on my monitor, but this lovely bright turquoise prints a dull blue. Does anyone have experience with this problem?

Thanks for your attention, and help if you have any advice :?

Hello,

I assume you print with our TurboPrint driver

Could you please post a bit more information:

- which printer do you use
- which paper
- what are the "Paper" and "Quality" settings in TurboPrint?

Thank you for your fast reply, zedonet. I have to say I was being a bit hasty with my post and have now spent some time tweaking all the settings and am very close to achieving the result I am looking for. Basically I should have been a little more patient.

I would like to also thank you for such a great tool, it has won my loyalty already.

As a matter of interest and to answer your question, I am printing on both plain inkjet paper, and high quality paper and using hp photosmart b109n-z. I am disappointed with the printer, as you would think a printer named "Photosmart" would have the tools to do some fairly basic color corrections!
