Print preview

Post by AndrewLD »

Epson xp-65
Slackware 15.0
turboprint-2.59-1.x86_64.tgz
Gimp 2.10.36

Print preview is always portrait oriented.
Also, changes to contrast and/or brightness seem to make no difference to the preview image.

Hello AndrewLD,

it is correct, that the print preview in TurboPrint does not reflect any changes regarding to brightness/contrast/colors. The preview is only intended to allow you to check the content of the print page and the layout.
TurboPrint 3, which is expected to be released in the summer, will also offer a soft proof option, allowing changes to color settings to be viewed in advance.

So I tried to turn off the preview option as it is of no use to me. I do this from the Status Monitor, right? All I see here is an empty window:.

The "Preview" can be enabled / disabled in TurboPrint Monitor:

Do you still have the problem with empty window?

No. I don't know why that happened. All OK now.
