Gentlemen:
Recently I have bought TurboPrint licence and started to use it.
About a month everything was fine & I could print my CDs without any problem.
But today I have decided to upgrade software to "Turboprint 2".
And what I have now:
1. CD in the tray and 6 yellow blinkings
2. "CD Tray open or missing" message in Turboprint
What should I think?
Or maybe its worth to return back to Windows?
))
Regards,
Mike

Re: Turboprint 2 & Canon iP4940 (wont print CDs)
Hello AlienMike,
this error message is produced by the printer - this is also why the LEDs are blinking. TurboPrint just reports this printer status. Probably there is a mechanical problem with the CD tray - not properly inserted?
It is a good idea to also try printing on CDs via the Windows driver - mabe it can give you some more detailed information about the problem.
A reason could also be that one of the settings "page size" and "feed" is not set to CD printing in TurboPrint settings (i.e. the printer does not expect a CD tray).

It was only low ink level :-)
Thanks a lot.
I have found what it was.
It was low ink level in one of the cartriges.
But anyway I still have another problem which is not dissolved -
1mm off-center printing (when I try to print CD or DVD)
The same problem is on another Canon printer (iP4500)
Please look into my previous post.

Mike

By the way - how to buy your licences If I'm not a private person with MasterCard but organization?
Whom should I contact?

You can also purchase a TurboPrint license for an organization, however payment is only possible via VISA/Mastercard credit card or PayPal.
If you need a larger license (e.g. for a company or university) please contact us via the contact form http://www.zedonet.com/en_contact_form.phtml so we can send you an offer.
