Printing only a portion of doc

I'm new to PrintFab, I am printing on Epson Stylus 9800 Pro with 44" wide paper. I can print the full length from my regular print driver (but the color is awful). The PrintFab driver only will print the left 14" of the doc, this happens on Illustrator and Photoshop. Any advice?
Also, I don't have the RIP software for this printer, should I convert all Illustrator files to .pdf or .psd to print from?

Hello Lio-John,
please check what PrintFab license you have purchased. Probably you have a PrintFab Pro license - printing is limited to 15 inches in width then. For larger prints PrintFab Pro XL is needed.
Updates from the Pro license to Pro XL are available in the online shop.

My printer can print up to 44", if I use even the Xl printfab, am I restricted to only 25" max? Do you have any software for 44" printers?

The PrintFab 2 Pro XL version does not limit print size, you can use the Epson Pro 9800 with full print width = 44 inches (the information on our website must be updated).
