Printer canon pixma mx395
Hi i have a problem with the printfab for windows .. i try in 2 different computer to install PrintFab !! i select the driver mx390 series but when i try to print any file .. nothing happens what's the problem ?? How can i solve it ?? thank so much for help !!

i want to ask you ?? first i neeed to registry a beta tester for can use the driver ?? because i only install it added the printer by USB port install it .. and try print but nothing happens

How was the printer added in PrintFab Control - as "already set up" (= redirection to existing print queue) or as "new USB printer" (= send print data directly to USB port)?
You could try if switching to the other port setting helps.
If that doesn't solve the problems, please send the PrintFab log file by email to mail (at) zedonet (dot) com
In the "Start" menu, open
Start -> All programs -> PrintFab -> Show log files
and enclose the files "printfab.log" and "zedomon.log". You can send them in a ZIP archive (e.g. compress from Windows Explorer using the right-mouse-button option "Send to ZIP archive").

Thanks for reply !! The print is added in this method : New USB printer .. i select the USBport and selected the pixma mx390series .. I retry today install printfab on my Virtual PC ( i already try to install on my laptop and desktop PC but have usual problems ) and nothing change , i send the log files to your email .. i hope you can help me . thank so much .
