TurboPrint capabilities

Hi,
I evaluated TurboPrint and I am generally happy with it but I need more information to decide if it can do what I need and I may buy based on that.
1) I could not find a way to print without color management . This is very important to have if I want to create ICC profiles for my printer.
See here the explanation http://www.oyranos.org/2012/02/linux-printing/
I just did mine and I did everything on in Linux, with Argylll CMS and ColorMunki Design, except printing the Target prints, which I had to do on MAC with Adobe Color Printer Utility . See explanation here http://www.luminous-landscape.com/revie ... tion.shtml.
I wish that something like this would be possible in Linux, but I could not see a way to do it with TurboPrint.
I expressed my thoughts on a Printfab thread : http://www.turboprint.info/support/view ... =26&t=1536
Is this what TP proof mode is? My understanding is that it is not what I am looking for.
At the end I printed with TP on linux using the newly created ICC profile and the results are very good. However, when printing a A3+ the printout came smaller with a huge margin although I chose borderless printing. Is the demo limiting size or there is something wrong
2) I am planning to buy TP to use my Canon pro 9000 mk 2 on Linux, since my demo version will expire in a few days, but I need to know if the Pro version will be enough. I will not print larger than A3+ and I will most likely print in RGB but I need to know if I can use ICC profiles that I create and change color space. Will the TP Pro be enough?
I could do all my printing in MacOS, but I would rather pay some money and do it in Linux, especially to support Linux development but I need to know TP's limitations.
3) What happens in case I want to upgrade my system? Computers get obsolete quite fast or may crash. Do I need to buy another licence even though I will use it on a single computer?
I think that I should be able to reuse the same license but how do you ensure that I am not actually installing it on multiple computers?
Thanks
Bogdan
