Hi,
Just downloaded PrintFab v2.08 to upgrade my licensed version of PrintFab v2.06.

A question before I perform the upgrade.
Do I have to re-apply the license key and install the printer when doing the upgrade?

or ... will the installer notice that my current PrintFab has been registered and a printer has been defined => I don't have to redo anything (this would be the best).

Hello,

you will have to re-apply the license key (e.g. choose the license key file when requested by PrintFab Installer). You will not have to install the printer again - the driver and its settings will remain unchanged.

Open PrintFab Toolbox (in the Applications folder), pull down menu "PrintFab Toolbox" -> "About PrintFab Toolbox"

http://www.printfab.net -> link "Download"

Check

http://www.printfab.net

or

http://www.printfab.net/history.html

for version changes.

A newsletter and/or RSS feed is planned.

Thanks

It sounds a bit odd to have to download what you call a demo, to update the software.

+ in the installation process there is nothing that tell you you can update your software this way…

I think all this could be update to make it more clear (both the site and the install)
