epson 3880 has vertical line in output
My print output contains regularly spaced vertical bands (see attached jpg).
What do you make of it?
Print Mode:
Quality - 3-360dpi
Mode: Photo Black
Paper: Transparency (we are printing on backlit film)
ICC Profile: None
Best regards,
Bob White

Hello,
slightly visible bands are common when printing in low resolution (360dpi) on Glossy Paper or on Transparency Film. A workaround is to increase print resolution.
Some PrintFab driver settings also affect banding, e.g. the "UCR" and "Light ink usage" settings - increasing the UCR setting and reducing the light ink usage setting saves ink but increases banding.
Please also check if all print head nozzles are operating properly (nozzle check test page).
