Installation on Ubuntu Linux works as follows:
- download the archive "turboprint-1.94-4.tgz" - please save in personal directory (/home/username)
- open a terminal window
- the command
ls turboprint-1.94-4.tgz
should list a file named "turboprint-1.94-4.tgz" - otherwise please make sure that this file is present in the current directory.
- execute the following commands (your login password will be requested):
sudo apt-get install libgtk1.2
tar -xzf turboprint-1.94-4.tgz
cd turboprint-1.94-4
sudo ./setup
- finally enter
sudo xtpsetup
to setup your printer.
- using the command
xtpconfig
you can change default configuration (print quality, etc.) of your printer or do maintenance tasks (nozzle check, head cleaning, ...)

okay..but
that all worked just fine..
but, how do i print to my printer say from KWord ?
when I go to print something, there are no printers there.
