TurboPrint & PrintFab

Hi,

I was thinking of registering Turboprint to get access to better printing, however my friend purchased a few months ago for his pixma, and even though the xtpsetup application reports successful registration, it still prints the free edition banner every time.

Does anyone know what the problem is or if it has been fixed. This looks much better than other printer drivers available but there is no point wasting my money on it if it doesn't work correctly.

I have not heard of such a problem. I suggest that your friend contacts us directly so that we can get the problem solved. In such cases please include the serial number as displayed by TurboPrint Config / command line "xtpconfig".

I am using Gentoo and the registration worked fine for me.
