Hi. How can I print using only the black cartridge. I am getting an error with the printer and cannot print. I am using a PIXMA IP1200

Hello,

it should work like this:

- make sure that both color and black cartridge are installed in the printer

- in TurboPrint choose "Cartridge"="Black & Color" (TurboPrint 2: "Mode"="Black & Color") and "Color Mode"="Grayscale" (TurboPrint 2: located on index card "Color")

Tks for ur answer.
Know ive got an error "cant open device". First I install the new version 2.02.1 y found on ur site. The printer Monitor trail de printer ok. Can found if ist on line or not, etc. But it seems i cant open the device.
