TurboPrint 2.10-1

TurboPrint works fine when I use the automatic photo setup. Unfortunately, it sometimes crops a photo in ways that are unacceptable and when I try to move the photo in the preview box, or try to rescale it, the photo is printed grossly distorted.

I've tried everything I can think of and nothing seems to help.

Is there an answer to this problem?

Two questions:

- is the preview in the GIMP-TurboPrint print dialog still okay after your mode / rescale?

- what about the preview in TurboPrint Monitor (check "Preview jobs") - is it already distorted?

For closer investigation, you could send the following:

- a screen shot of the GIMP-TurboPrint print dialog
- a screen shot of the TurboPrint Monitor print preview
- the log file /var/log/turboprint/print.log

The distortion is not visible in either the print preview or in the TurboPrint Monitor.

Unfortunately, I can't find a problem yet.

How does the final print look like?
Can you email digicam photos or scans of "cropped" and "distorted" prints?

If you do, please mark which print belongs to the screen shots you sent.
