Will the EPSON PictureMate Deluxe be supported in the future? This is a 4"x6" photo printer. Gutenprint has some support for it, but cannot print borderless photos. Is there a compatible driver in TurboPrint, or will this printer be supported eventually?

There are no plans to support photo printers with less than A4 / Letter print size - this may change in the future.
