do you mean that your document contained the font "Times New Roman PS" and was printed with a different font instead?
Fonts are not handled by the PrintFab printer driver, but by the postscript interpreter - either Ghostscript or the Mac OS X internal interpreter.
You could try to switch to the other postscript interpreter: in the print dialog, section "PrintFab Settings" uncheck "Use Ghostscript as postscript interpreter".
