Hello,
can you post a photo or scan of a print that shows the problem?
Please also include a photo or scan of the nozzle check page.

Re: lines in prints but head check clear epson 9600
Hello,
thank you for sending the images.
it looks as if the nozzles are almost clear (all are working except 2-3 magenta and one light magenta nozzle, the cyan staircase pattern looks a bit wobbly). Executing print head cleaning might improve quality a bit, however at 1440dpi prints should look quite smooth.
In the final print (IMG_2845.jpg), I can see that the blue color is not solid, however the photo resolution is not high enough to see why this happens. Can you please send a more detailed photo? What size is the "Yes" button?

Hello,
thank you! But I still have no idea where the problem comes from and how we can solve it and it is still not clear to me how the print looks in reality.
Can you send a close up & higher resolution image of the nozzle check and the artwork print by email to mail (at) zedonet (dot) com and please specify print size, e.g. by putting a ruler on the printed page?

Re: lines in prints but head check clear epson 9600
ok ill do that tomorrow but in the mean time i have done a print in 720dpi exactly the same settings but one using the printfab driver and one pointed with the standard non printfab driver and the one printed without printfab is a far superior print, I've carried out this test on 2 different printers an epson 7600 and an epson 9600 so its not the printer the one shown in the picture was the one done on my 7600

- this clearly shows something is not right with printfab which means if it can't be solved I've just spent nearly £200 for a poor quality print rip

Hello,
yes, the print on the left side doesn't look okay.
I'd appreciate if you could email high resolution photos.
It would also be very helpful if you could send comparison photos of prints in different quality modes (360dpi, 720dpi, 1440dpi, 2880dpi)-
