Printing 1/2 size

I went to print a photo today, selected 4x6 borderless print. Everything set up as I always have. Went to print, and it printed 2x3 on my paper.
Printing to a Canon Pixma Pro 9000 MKII.
Any thoughts?

Please make sure that you use the current PrintFab version 1.13.
In PrintFab 1.12 there was a problem with page size selection when the preview was activated (wrong page size code sent to the printer, print size and position sometimes wrong).
This has been fixed in the current PrintFab version 1.13 which has been released 3 weeks ago:
