No matter what I do in Illustrator I can't get rid of a .25 inch border at the boom of borderless 13x19 prints. I have troubleshooted this and printed so may test prints I've spent at least $50 trying to figure this out, which I can't afford.
Also, we need to have a Matte Presentation Paper option. Not heavyweight, just 13x19 Matte Presentation Paper.

Hello,
which version of PrintFab do you use (PrintFab Toolbox -> pulldown menu "About PrintFab Toolbox")?
There was actually a problem in PrintFab 2.94 with a white margin at the page end in borderless mode. I recommend to upgrade to PrintFab 2.95:
https://www.zedonet.com/download/printfab/printfab-2.95.dmg
For the current PrintFab 2.96 a license upgrade would be required.

Thanks so much for the quick reply. Unfortunately I'm already using 2.95. Would it help if I erased the PrintFab printer in System Prefs and created a new one with 2.95? This doesn't work will 2.96 fix the issue?
I've been testing 13x19 borderless by hiding all but the edges with a white box so I'm only wasting paper, not ink, but that was only after I had to print two posters for a client and it took 6 prints with full coverage so unfortunately I lost the revenue that would have paid for 2.96.
Please let me know your recommendation.
Thanks again,
Steve
