Running Mac os11 (Big Sur)
Printer is EPSON SureColor T3270
Printing from Illustrator CC

Our printer keeps printing as if it's set to Roll, even though we have changed settings to Sheet. The pages just fall through and aren't printed, or the printer head runs over it a few times and comes out blank. After repeatedly trying with the same settings it will eventually work, but once it falls asleep the process starts all over again. We haven't been able to find a consistent solution.
I worked with EPSON to resolve this issue, but we weren't able to correct it.

If the problem has not yet been resolved, please send the PrintFab log file after trying to print on sheet paper, then we can check if the internal driver settings are correct:

From the "Finder" pulldown menu, select the command "Go -> Go to folder...", then enter "/var/log". A new Finder window will open where you can find "printfab_cups.log" - copy it to your Documents directory so that you can send it by email to mail (at) zedonet (dot) de
