Sony 3800 keeps loosing prontFab

I have lost PrintFab installed several times. Usually I just have to reinstall. yesterday I tried several times to reinstall PrintFab to My Sony Stylus Pro 3800. PrintFab Toolbox will not open or work when I attempt to reinstall to the 3800 printer. It shows up in Printer preference but PrintFab cannot see or load from PrintFab toolbox. HELP.

Hello, I have just answered by email and suggested to uninstall and reinstall PrintFab, if PrintFab Toolbox doesn't start anymore.
The uninstallation is also performed by the PrintFab Setup program:
- open the PrintFab installation DMG
- start the Install_PrintFab application
- select "Uninstall"
- then execute Install_PrintFab a second time and install again
- then start PrintFab Toolbox and add your printer
If that doesn't work, please let me know
- was the installation successfully compleded?
- can you open "PrintFab Toolbox"?
- when you click on "Add Printer" in "PrintFab Toolbox", is your Epson Stylus Pro 3800 listed (the printer must be connected via USB and switched on)?
