Just bought a new Canon PIXMA Pro 200 but I see there is no support for this printer in TurboPrint.
Is this planned for a future update?

Yes, a driver for the Canon PIXMA Pro 200 printer is planned for a future update.

Could we use the driver for the PRO-100 in the meantime? Would this work? Or is this a bad idea?

The Canon PIXMA Pro-100 driver doen't work for the Pro-200 printer.

We have found that the Canon PIXMA Pro-200, Canon imagePROGRAF Pro-300 and most current Canon imagePROGRAF printers share the same printer command language, so chances are good that you can use your Pro-200 printer with the existing PrintFab printer driver "Canon imagePROGRAF Pro-1000".

Please note that this driver is not a "PIXMA" but a "imagePROGRAF" driver.

Hello, thank you for the tip! I have been trying this, and while I can print to "Plain paper", it seems I can't print on other media type. I noticed that the media type in the driver don't quite correspond to those on the printer. Is there an option in TurboPrint to download the media information from the printer to the TurboPrint driver?
