Paper Size incorrect

Hi there, I am printing on an Epson 7900. It uses a 24" roll. When I create custom paper sizes, it still seems to only print on an 8.5" x 11" area. Am I configuring this incorrectly?

Hello,
we recommend to add custom paper sizes in PrintFab Toolbox -> button "Open toolbox for selected printer" -> dialog "Custom Page Sizes".
This may also be an application specific problem - from which application did you print (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)?

Thanks, I'll check that out. It is happening in Photoshop. It seems to be working ok in Illustrator.
