What are the best print settings for outputting index files (150 dpi index bitmap files) for screen printing films (Epson L1300) directly from Photoshop?
I am using the default "Special Setting Screen Printing" settings and while they work I want to make sure I have the sharpest bitmap squares possible.
Thanks in advance.

Hello,

we recommend the following settings for printing film positives with the Epson L1300 printer:

"PrintFab Settings", Tab "Main":

"Media Type" = "Transparency"
"Quality" = "2880dpi"

"Printer Features" -> "Special Settings Screen Printing"

"Halftone Screen Mode" = "Single Black" (for 4 color Epson inks, opacity may not be sufficient for UV exposure)
or
"Halftone Screen Mode" = "Multi Black" (if ALL ink chambers have been filled with black UV blocking ink)

"Screen Ink Saturation" = 200% (adjust if necessary)
