Epson WF-7710 Cyan tinge on all Photos

I tried the 30 day version of turboprint with no problems at all, right out of the box. Just installed my key to have the permanent version and all photos come out with a heavy Cyan tinge to them, even the black and white photos.

Hello,
I am sorry that you are not getting the desired results. Colors should be neutral when using Epson inks, with compatible inks the grey balance might be wrong.
Two questions:
Are you using the TurboPrint driver "Epson WorkForce WF-7710" or "WF7710 HQ"?
Are you using original Epson inks or compatible inks?
A good way to get correct colors is to create a new color profile, e.g. with our color profile creation service, this works for Epson inks but also for compatible inks. I have outlines the steps in this post:
