TurboPrint & PrintFab

I am struggling to print a 10 page pdf as a booklet. I want to use A4 paper with each page A5 in size. I am expecting to use 3 sheets of a4 double sided with 2 blank pages at the end. Any suggestions as to how to do this in turboprint?

I am using Ubuntu 22.04
