Found a bug in 1.19 ver

Just installed the 1.19 versions of PF, it seems that if you remove all the printers from the list and close the application, next time you open PrintFab it crashes. Not sure if this behaviour is due some sort of pf driver unloading if no printers are added or it could be a bug due parsing problems of the configuration file that finds an empty array of printers.
The only way to fix it is to uninstall pf 1.9, reinstall it and add at least a printer, even a fake one before closing the application. Remembering always to leave at least a printer in the list before closing it otherwise you would be locked out because next time PF would just crash not letting you to add any other printer. (or manage to revert back the configuration manually to do so probably)
