When I use PrintFab my Epson 2710 only prints magenta?

I've uninstalled the printer to troubleshoot, and when I print off the normal setting (aka the printer without print fab) I don't have an issue. Can somebody help me please?

Hello,
it looks as if Cyan and Yellow ink is missing because the print head is clogged or there is a problem with the ink cartridges. Performing the print head cleaning procedure via PrintFab Toolbox or directly at the printer might help.
Can you please print a nozzle test page (PrintFab Toolbox -> Open toolbox for selected printer -> Nozzle check) and post a photo?
