TurboPrint & PrintFab

I have just downloaded Turboprint and so far I am very happy with my testing. The one thing I've not tried yet is printing on roll paper. Under Windows there is a roll paper option for paper which does not exist in Turboprint. What is the best way to accomplish this? Is it a custom paper size? Will the printer still print the cut lines when it completes the print? Is there a maximum size I can set in custom, as there is no max that I'm aware of when using the roll option in Windows?
