TurboPrint seems to want to find gimp in /usr/bin. I'd like to install it in /usr/local -- prefix=/usr/local, but if /usr works best, that's fine.
I have used gimp since 2.0, and I've always built from source. These days it's gimp-master (from git) or gimp-2.99. Is there some switch that will allow me to use gimp-2.99?
BTW. That gimp turboprint plugin is really sweet
Will the gimp plugin work with gimp-2.99

Re: Will the gimp plugin work with gimp-2.99
Hello,
we haven't tried the TurboPrint plugin with GIMP 2.99 yet but chances are good so please give it a try. It is important to know that the TurboPrint GIMP print plugin will only work with a regular installation of GIMP (.tgz .deb .rpm or compile &install from source), not with a SNAP package.

gimp plugin does not work with gimp 2.99
I copied gpturboprint from /usr/lib64/gimp/2.0/plug-ins to /usr/lib64/gimp/2.99/plug-ins, but gimp 2.99 does not find it. Is there a work around for this?
TIA.
TIA.

Thank you for trying. I will try to find out if there is a way to make it work again.
