Hello,

I am new to printing and purchased TurboPrint Studio. For soft proofing a photo, which TurboPrint icc file should be used for the following Canon photo papers.

- Does TS9500-canon_pp201.icc correspond to Photo Paper Plus Glossy II - PP-301 (https://www.usa.canon.com/shop/p/photo-paper-plus-glossy-ii-pp-301-4x6-100-sheets?color=Black&type=New)?

- Does TS9500-canon_gp501.icc correspond to Glossy Photo Paper - GP-701?

In other words, do these differences have any impact on simulating the look of the image when soft proofing??

yes, this is correct. You can use the following soft proof profiles:

Photo Paper Plus Glossy II - PP-301 => TS9500-canon_pp201.icc
Glossy Photo Paper - GP-701 => TS9500-canon_gp501.icc

This is a good approximation. Of course you can use our profiling service to create an individual color profile - please see the TurboPrint PDF or online manual for details.
