Can't get ink levels in tool box

Running 10.5 Mac OS, when I run the tool box to get the ink level's, alls I get is the Spinning Beach ball of death. ( Epson c88 ).
Should this function work?

Hello,
which version of PrintFab have you installed? You could try with the latest version - it is available for download at
www.printfab.net.
The Ink levels should work, either from PrintFab Toolbox or from the "Print&Fax" System Preferences.
Probably you have also installed the original Epson printer driver - if it shows the ink levels, you could just keep two driver instances for the same printer, one for ink levels, the other (PrintFab) for printing.
