Hi,
TP is not responding to changing from B/W printing to colour printing as selected. My default is B/W. If I select colour in the print dialogue it still prints in B/W.
As an experiment, I changed the default setting to colour, but it still prints B/W.
Restarting the daemon didn't change things.
It used to work before. Any suggestions?
Colour selection not working in print dialogue
Re: Colour selection not working in print dialogue
Hello,
from which application did you print, e.g. LibreOffice / Firefox?
Can you please send the log file /var/log/turboprint/print.log after making a print with the dialog setting "Colour" that is printed B/W?
Please send to mail (at) zedonet (dot) de and refer to the support forum.

Thank you. Please open a terminal window and enter
lpoptions -p OfficeJetProK8600-TurboPrint
and send the output.
Then please enter
lpoptions -p OfficeJetProK8600-TurboPrint -r print-color-mode
lpoptions -p OfficeJetProK8600-TurboPrint -r ColorModel
and retry if color printing works.
