Re: Epson XP 960 - black is not black
Hello, two questions:
- if you print the same image from Photoshop using the PrintFab as a printer driver, does it look like the top or like the bottom image?
- which ink do you use - Epson or compatible ink cartridges?

Re: Epson XP 960 - black is not black
Hello,
the first one ( that is correct) is printed with the Photoshop driver
the second with the Printfab driver, launched directly with PrintFabComposer
Thank you for your interest in my problem.

With the Printfab driver through Photoshop the printing is very very slow and the result is not correct- if you print the same image from Photoshop using the PrintFab as a printer driver, does it look like the top or like the bottom image?
I only use original Epson Claria inks- which ink do you use - Epson or compatible ink cartridges?
Thank you for your interest in my problem.
Re: Epson XP 960 - black is not black
Hello Charles69,
please send us your PrintFab logfiles, so we can check if all settings are correct. To create a zip archive with the logs, press the settings button in the PrintFab setup program (where you installed your printer), there is a button to save the log archive. The email address is mail<at>zedonet<dot>de.
Probably the image is shown with correct colors in PrintFab Composer?
