Hello,

Tahoe 26.0. Mac mini M4

I have installed PrintFab, and it sees my printer. I can check ink status. Nothing else from the Toolbox works. The data light on the printer flashes, and that's the end of it. Any ideas?

Thanks

Steve

Never mind. When I press the flashing data light, it prints away quite happily.

Hello, the reason for this might be that

A) Manual paper loading is selected in the print settings

You have to press the paper load button before each page

B) Ink is very low in one of the cartridges

You can still print a vew pages by pressing the "resume / cancel" button (Symbols "Paper load" and "Triangle in circle").

Hello again
I got distracted by life and didn't verify that everything works correctly. I uninstalled the driver, redownloaded and reinstalled.
Now I am seeing the message "There are no printers connected to the USB port."
I shut the computer down, and turned the printer off, then turned the printer on, and then restarted the computer.

No luck.

Thanks

Hello, if the printer LED is green and not flashing and the printer is connected to your Mac via USB cable, it should be shown when you try to add your printer in the PrintFab Toolbox application.

If the printer LED is blinking, the printer is in an error condition and may not be detected by PrintFab.

If it still doesn't work and the LED is still flashing, please describe how (e.g. LED orange, 3 x flash, pause).
