Printfab 1.5a crashing

Hello I just tried your new version of printfab with the new feature universal support by using existing printer driver.

I tried to add with my Brother MFC-J6520DW however every time I try to print a test page or print something from the preview box it says that the preview interface is crashed.

I tried to print even disabling the preview printer but it doesn't work the same

I understand that you are still working on it but could be possible to catch the exception and log the error instead? so that this could be useful for us to help you.

Even if not at full feature could be this be fixed for brother printers? It would be super nice to have a minimal support for Brother printers at least via this way because the normal support is still not available.

as I wrote in a different thread in this forum, Brother inkjet printers are not supported by PrintFab:

Unfortunately we do not support Brother inkjet printers & inkjet multifunction devices - the problem is that we cannot get technical information from Brother for these devices.

Nevertheless, the PrintFab preview application should not crash.

You could email the log files for investigation (send to mail at zedonet dot com):

Windows menu -> All programs -> PrintFab -> Show log files

You can send them in a ZIP archive (e.g. compress from Windows Explorer
using the right-mouse-button option "Send to ZIP archive").
