Registration Key lost

Hi,
Due to a crash of my PC I lost my key .....

How can I retrieve it from TurboPrint staff ?

Good luck with that I have requested help 2 times now and have yet to get a reply. I think it's a shame I have to buy this software again it's going to cost me more than a new printer would. I'm not happy.

I have sent a copy of the key file to you last week but it was returned by your internet provider ("spam blocked"). I tried again today from a web mail account - please let me know if it arrived.

It is a good idea to keep a small book with your key and licence codes in. I am still using an organiser software which I first used with Win 95, then 98, XP and Ubuntu with Wine.

I have "lost" it several times, and reinstalled from my backup CD. It seems fireproof against MS updates. I am waiting to try it with Vista.

So, write down your Key in a book.
