Hi, New printer installed, I was able to get 1 sheet printed but when I try to print more it just shoots the film through.

Please help

Hello, it seems that the ET-15000 printer cannot print reliably on transparent media. We have customers who use it for film printing. However, some web research showed that it is a known problem that the ET-15000 ejects transparent film.

Two workarounds are suggested on the web:

- tape a white paper to the transparent film (some suggest to use a post-it instead)
- feed the film from the paper cassette (for smaller film sizes)
