Canon Maxify GX1020 Printer installation

Am attempting to install my printer but it is not listed on the drop down menu when going through the Add process in the TurboPrint Control App. The website indicates that it is a supported printer. What am I missing?

Hello, TurboPrint (version 2.56-1 and higher) includes the driver "Canon MAXIFY GX1000 series" which should work with the printer Canon MAXIFY GX1020.

There is also a driver named "Canon PIXMA G1020 series" which is not compatible with MAXIFY printers.

Thanks for the response. I have attempted several times to install my printer through the TurboPrint Control App but everytime I use the drop down menu to select my printer the only Maxify printers that are available are Canon iB printers and MB printers, no GX printers show up on the menu.

What is your TurboPrint version (TurboPrint Control -> "About/License")?
