The first side prints fine, the sheet is sucked back into the duplexer about 15mm, then the printer stops with a "jam". Except when the printer's opened up it's clear it isn't really jammed at all. No evidence of any mis-alignment, creasing, corner damage or folding, etc.
This results in the inability to print the complete content of the last 10MM on the first side.
When the paper is flipped over and the second side is printed, the second side is printed normally.
When I use the ESPON driver for double-sided printing, everything is perfect.
Is there a way to solve this problem? Thank you.
